Product Features

An ETR machine (Electronic Tax Register), as the name suggests is a type of cash register used to record sales, issue daily reports, store information on stock and sales as well as any tax-related information.

It provides the customer with a detailed tax-compliant receipt upon purchase. Our Android 8 ETR machines come with unique and distinguishing features. The devices are strictly adherent to all tax regulations and meet all requirements stipulated by the KRA.

They can be connected to a network to synchronize with other operations/branches or can be used for stand-alone operations for single business outlets.

The Android 8 ETR machines come with inbuilt security data security features like a memory capacity to store up to 1800 days of transactions, a unique seal for authentication, and key technical specifications for programming, and serial numbers for verification.

How To Use

Step 1

Turn on the ETR machine using the power button located at the back of the machine, next to the charging port.
Step 2

There should be a red clerk button on display. Press it. *z-mode*will appear as the first item on the list.
Step 3

Press the CASH button while on z-mode.
Step 4

If prompted for a password, enter 0000 and press the CASH button. If not prompted for a password, skip this step.
Step 5

Your ETR machine should now be displaying daily z on the screen.
Step 6

Press the CASH button to produce your daily z receipt
